A one-person bleed-control pouch built for immediate self-aid and buddy-aid. Compact enough for belt, plate carrier or glovebox, and specified around a tourniquet that actually fits: the CAT measures 18.5 cm and will not close in a pouch this size, so we specify the Tactical Mechanical Tourniquet, which performs the identical function in a shorter body.
